Another pesky seagull!! A follow up to the popular 'Chip Bandit', this ice cream thief is at it again. This time he's plopping some poor sods mint choc chip ice cream on a pier by the seaside. 

For reference, the pier stump in question is actually at Peppermint Bay in Tasmania. I though the mint choc chip rather fitting, don't you!
